Glass CD

Normal CD manufacturing procedure:

1. Laser to glass to engrave data

2. Glass galvanic (metalizing Nickel ) to make stamper

3. Stamper install to molding machine and make CD by polycarbonate

Signal loss (pit land deform) during metalizating Nickel on glass and molding process

Also polycarbonate light transmission and disking , making CD player not easy to read the data

Glass CD : direct laser to glass , no any loss

Also glass light transmission is excellent and absolutely flat
